In this presentation Simon will explore some of the reasons why Gateway 2 applications have been referred back to the applicant due to supporting evidence being insufficient. He will highlight how certification of products through voluntary third-party schemes, can provide the accurate testing evidence and detailed scope of application information required by the Building Safety Regulator at Gateway 2. He will also highlight the potential problems that can occur from not having the full range of a product line covered by certification and test evidence.
