Stacey’s career in BMS started in 2001 when she joined Sontay as a Customer Service Advisor in an industry that she had no idea existed! Since then she has caught the ‘Building Controls Bug’ and is ever more excited about the new technologies embraced by the industry and the future that lies ahead. By working her way up through Customer Service, Technical and Sales, she has built long lasting relationships with many in the industry, and she is able to use the knowledge and insight learned in these years in her role as BCIA President. It has given her a fantastic knowledge base and high level of technical understanding of the industry.
