Nick Maclean
President Elect,
RICS
Nick is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of RICS and has been Chair & Managing Director of CBRE Middle East, North Africa region, for the past 19 years as well as serving as the Scottish Government’s Trade & Investment Envoy to the United Arab Emirates. He was previously Chair of Trustees for the Lillian Sutton Bequest to the property industry’s Story of Christmas charity.
As well as chairing the Levitt Report and serving as interim Chair of Governing Council, Nick represented the Middle East & Africa region on Council for three years. He is also an APC counsellor and assessor.
Nick was awarded an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours in 2024.
