Mary Little
Mary Little is a highly skilled fibrous plasterer from Surrey, proudly continuing a centuries-old craft that has been passed down through generations. Trained from a young age by her father and brother, both master plasterers themselves, Mary has dedicated her life to preserving and perfecting the traditional techniques of fibrous plasterwork—many of which remain unchanged for hundreds of years. A proud Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers and an active member of the Guild, Mary brings both passion and precision to her work. Her deep respect for the heritage of her trade is matched by her commitment to inspiring future generations.
Mary is also a devoted single mother to her daughter, balancing the demands of her craft with the joys and challenges of motherhood. Her story is one of resilience, legacy, and craftsmanship, and she stands as a proud ambassador for traditional trades in the modern construction landscape.
