Experienced BIM Manager with a decade of expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects for main contractors. Currently focused in consulting on shaping digital delivery processes and protocols, with an emphasis on the Building Safety Act and Golden Thread principles. Mandeep has also become a leading expert in the Building Safety Regime in general and has worked with various clients, including Developers, Architects and the government organisations to help them understand their legal obligations from project inception through to building management. Mandeep is also part of the Nima (UK BIM alliance) BIM4housing group, and BIM4Water in the past.
