Lucy leads the Technology practice at Beaumont Bailey, a global executive search firm that partners with organisations from across the built environment. Lucy specialises in supporting early stage and high-growth business up and down the supply chain. Her role gives her direct access to consult with a number of high-profile technology businesses, founders and senior stakeholders across various verticals including but not limited to; ConTech, IndustrialTech, ESG and Building Materials Technologies. Her consultative approach and deep sector knowledge has given her an in-depth understanding of how to successfully scale a business. She is passionate about the industry, demonstrable by her independently founded network, Women in ConTech, a group dedicated to fostering collaboration and empowering women to pursue enriching careers in the industry.
