He currently Leads the Information Manager Department at HS2, the UK's largest and most complex rail project, overseeing the information management, asset management, and project delivery functions.
Lawrence is a key contributor to the national and international standards and strategies for digital transformation in the construction and built environment. He is a BSI Expert Committee Member, a BuildingSmart UK&I Rail Domain Lead, and a Centre for Digital Built Britain collaborator.
