In Kirsti’s career, she has worked with main contractors, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and education providers, to provide industry insight on the national skills agenda and assist with talent attraction. During this time Kirsti has gained an accomplished and extensive understanding of the importance of nurturing, developing and retaining expertise within organisations and has worked with industry and key thought leaders, to establish a holistic approach. Kirsti has an unrivalled passion for the ‘SUPERPOWERS of neurodiversity’ and shares her own personal journey, being diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia just over 7 years ago.
