Kim is an accomplished Communications Manager with extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for complex organisations. At Speller Metcalfe, a leading regional building contractor, she has built and led a high-performing communications team, driving both internal and external communications to support the company’s mission; her expertise includes strategic planning, crisis management, brand development and working with all levels of staff - from site to board level - with a focus on creating compelling narratives that foster collaboration and enhance organisational communication. With a background that also includes training as a secondary school teacher and contribution to development of enhanced parental policies at Speller Metcalfe, she is passionate about developing the construction industry to support parents and the flexibility they need in their care giving roles.
