Ginny joined the roofing industry 11 years ago when looking for a second career following a break to raise a family. Joining a manufacturer of flat roofing systems and membranes within a sales support role, with a growing intrigue and interest in the industry, she soon began to look for opportunities to grow in the company and learn new skills. For the past 5 years Ginny's roles have been within external sales teams, currently working for Restec Roofing Systems, representing her company in not just a sales role but also supporting the introduction of skills and training to apprentices through her many connections, to help broaden the awareness of her products within the industry and wider sector.
