Gabby Thomas
Gabby Thomas is an accomplished Regional Manager at Hilti GB, where she leads a diverse team of seven Account Managers across the South of England. With over five years at Hilti and a career spanning Account Management, Project Management, and now Regional Leadership, Gabby brings a deep understanding of the construction industry and a strong track record of driving performance.
Her journey began with a unique 80% working week – a rare structure in field sales – which enabled her to balance professional growth with family life. Embracing the opportunity, she immersed herself in the sector, consistently surpassing targets and contributing to significant revenue growth. Her passion for development and impact earned her a place on the Hilti Emerging Leaders Programme.
As the Gender Co-Lead for Hilti’s ‘Own It Gender Group in GB’, Gabby champions inclusive culture and actively supports initiatives to advance gender equity in construction. Inspired by this year’s International Women’s Day theme of ‘Accelerate Action,’ she is committed to creating space, visibility, and opportunity for others to thrive.
Based in South London, Gabby leads with intention, empowering those around her and shaping a more inclusive future for the industry.
