A self-described “joyful revolutionary”, Carolyn is a change specialist who thrives when supporting workplaces who want to improve through their people - especially when a little dysfunctional!
With experience in manufacturing, logistics, technology and retail, she has been a Statutory Board Director specialising in HR for some of the world’s largest employers and most recognisable household brand-names, Carolyn underpins her hands-on expertise with a master’s degree in Lean Operations, as well as being a coach & leadership mentor.
Carolyn is a boxer, weight-lifter, dancer & singer. She is also an author - look up her books if you don’t mind the occasional swear word!
