Ben Hickman is Technical Director of CLW and Vector Leak Consultants. He spends much of his time acting as an expert witness on cases relating to water ingress. Having contributed to industry best practice with BSi, NHBC Chapt 7.1 and the new CIRIA Guidance document on Blue Roofs he is a recognised authority in basement waterproofing. Ben is currently Chair of the Property Care Association.
