Anita Malster
Anita Malster is a mental health strategist, speaker and trainer who supports the built environment to develop and implement mental health and suicide prevention strategies. She is on a mission to change the way that we think about mental health, challenge stigma, and reduce male suicide.
Anita has a Master’s degree in the Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health with a focus on male psychology. She combines this insight with examples from real life to create an understanding of what leads people to thoughts of suicide, teaching people brief but effective tools and resources that could save a life.
