I am the Chairman of Project Four Safety Solutions, a company that specialises in providing bespoke advice and strategic support on the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA 2022). With over 23 years of experience in this role.
My core competencies include new business development, social networking, project planning, and leadership. I have a Certificate of Higher Education in Occupational Safety and Health from Leeds Metropolitan University and an Executive Mini MBA Accelerator from In Professional Development. I am passionate about keeping CDM/BSA simple and leaving a lasting legacy for the built environment. I am also a voluntary board member of the Liverpool BID Company, supporting the delivery of a £7m investment to improve Liverpool city centre. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to make a positive impact in the construction industry.
