Who We Are

Established in 2010, Construction Helpline Ltd is a Top 3 leading provider of construction-based training and testing. Our aim is to make construction sites safer and more efficient by equipping workers with practical knowledge and skills. This is being achieved through the delivery of online training that helps workers to get on site faster without compromising health and safety standards. We are on a mission to Revolutionise Digital Training within Construction, as the industry seeks to drive better outcomes for its people and communities.

We are proud to provide first-class teaching through our extensive range of courses with flexible one-to-one training, helping workers across the nation within their industry. We operate throughout 18 nationwide locations covering London, The Southeast, The North, The Midlands, Wales and Scotland. Whether you are taking your first steps into the construction field or want to upskill to your next career path, we offer an extensive range of CSCS cards, NVQ training, Health & Safety courses and much more.

The construction industry hosts a variety of different trades and offers countless projects across the country. It is becoming increasingly important to support the demand of construction workers and our aim is simple — to provide a clear pathway for tradespeople using innovation and digitalisation. In the last five years, 200,000 satisfied customers have trained and acquired qualifications with Construction Helpline.

Our Values

At Construction Helpline, we value equality, diversity, and inclusion and we understand each of us has a role to play. We recognise that supporting diversity and engagement is not only the right thing to do, but it is also the right thing to do for our business.

Our culture is the result of our behaviours, our personal commitment, how we collaborate, our curiosity, and the ways that we courageously share our perspectives and encourage others to do the same. We can grow and learn better together with a diverse team of employees, which means we have a larger pool of life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and talent to achieve maximum efficiency. By investing in diversity and inclusion, each of us can express ourselves freely and move forward in harmony without fear of discrimination.

Our Work and Partnerships

Over the last few years, we have worked and collaborated with a diverse range of charity partners and businesses who share the same values and goals as us at Construction Helpline. This year, we are working with BPIC (Black Professionals in Construction) and will be offering one member a complimentary course every month. The lucky recipient will get to complete a CSCS Green Labourer Course in Health & Safety, including the course, tests and free CSCS Card.

We also host a range of networking events and webinars. Recently, we teamed up with UK Construction Week to help raise the awareness around the lack of inclusion within the construction industry. We host regular webinars with them alongside various panellists with unique backgrounds who share the same goal - improving diversity within the industry.

Construction Helpline also supported the brilliant fundraising initiative by the London Youth Rowing Charity. Our challenge was endorsed by British rower Andy Triggs Hodge, OBE, triple Olympic Gold Medallist and quadruple World Champion. The Construction Helpline team covered 'Race the River Thames' covering 346 km. We raised money for LRC and a charity of our choice, MIND. We have also previously worked with DiverseCity Surveyors and Mates in Mind, supporting the awareness of mental health.

During our time at the UK Construction Week exhibition, we’ll be showcasing our range of products and courses that are available to both individuals and businesses. Construction Helpline’s CEO, Umer Mansoor, will also be providing a talk on Diversity and Inclusion in Construction and how Digitisation can help increase diversity in the industry.

We regularly publish blogs on our website regarding company news, information about our products and services and upcoming exciting events that Construction Helpline are involved in. Our most recent articles discuss topics including the rise of women in construction, the benefits of taking a CSCS course and which CSCS cards or courses are suitable for your trade.
