I got a phone call from one of the team asking if I could spare an hour for a face to face meeting. I agreed, once the meeting was done I got a full new phone system and internet router - all fantastic. Better than before and costs less. Only had one need for their maintenance team in the last 13 months, and the issue was resolved within 2 hours. Highly recommend this company and set of guys.
