The 'Polestar Space' in Stuttgart is designed to set new standards for modern car dealerships. As part of the modern interior design with a presentation area of 350 square metres, great importance was therefore attached to a uniform and, above all, high-quality appearance of the floor covering. The low-emission G3 KLB INDUSTRIAL LOW-VOC PU Comfort Sealed system fully meets the requirements of a new generation car showroom. The clean and impressive look of the spacious room is accompanied by a continuous, seamless floor design. The simple design places the focus entirely on the cars on display and emphasises the sales-promoting nature of the area. The showroom becomes a memorable experience for visitors. The optically high-quality matt sealing with KLB-SYSTEM POLYURETHAN PU 806 E provides the finish for the coating with the elastic KLB-SYSTEM POLYURETHAN PU 425 Comfort on a scratch coat and primer with KLB-SYSTEM EPOXID EP 57. The system structure floor coating is fully tested for low emissions and has been awarded the Indoor Air Comfort Gold Label Version 6.0 (2017), thus meeting the requirements for sustainable building according to DGNB, LEED and Minergie ECO. In addition to its visual appeal, the flooring system is also easy to clean. Chemical substances such as motor oil or aqueous solutions are easy to remove and pose no risk to the floor. Tyres of permanently parked vehicles need to be underlaid due to possible softener migration (in this case Plexiglas panels were used for this purpose).
