The UK’s leading event uniting the entire construction supply chain returns in 2025 (7-9 May, Sept 30 – 2 Oct) with an expanded programme designed to address key industry challenges and showcase the latest advancements. With over 38,000 visitors anticipated annually, this year’s events continue to make a material difference with new features, innovative show launches, and discussions aimed at tackling the most pressing issues in construction.
Spotlight on Procurement, Housing, and Industry Challenges
The 2025 events will focus on procurement, housing, skills shortages, social value, and innovation. These themes will be explored through dedicated hubs and expert panels, offering attendees actionable insights and opportunities to collaborate.
Key Highlights Include:
Culture Change Hub
In partnership with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), the Culture Change Hub will feature a full day of programming on 7 May. The sessions will focus on addressing skills shortages, building a more inclusive workforce, and creating a culture that attracts and retains talent.
Transformation Hub
Part of The Offsite Show, the Transformation Hub will present the latest approaches in construction, from modular building to 3D printing. This hub will highlight solutions that move beyond traditional methods and deliver efficiency and sustainability.
Housing Action Hub
Bringing together leaders from top construction organisations and government representatives, this hub will tackle housing challenges head-on. Attendees can expect discussions on accelerating housing delivery, improving quality standards, and addressing affordability. Details of government participation will be announced soon.

UK Construction Week 2025 will also host several co-located shows, each tailored to specific aspects of the construction industry.
