UK Construction Week, the UK’s No.1 construction destination, is gearing up for its milestone 10th anniversary edition from 7–9 May at ExCeL London—set to be its biggest and most expansive event yet.
For the first time in its history, UK Construction Week will be co-located with The Stone Show & Hard Surfaces, bringing together the best in natural stone, tiles, and hard surface materials. This exciting addition allows visitors to explore top-tier brands and discover premium materials for their next project.

10-year celebration
To celebrate 10 years of construction excellence, UK Construction Week is pulling out all the stops, introducing brand-new show sections for this year’s edition. These include Workwear & PPE, in partnership with the Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide Ltd. (PCIAW), HVAC+R, brought to you in collaboration with Datateam Business Media, and Onsite On Hire, the UK’s premier event dedicated to plant and equipment hire.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the latest technology in Net Zero, discover leading green brands on the Net Zero Trail, and engage in crucial discussions on government regulations and the skills shortage affecting the construction industry at the brand-new Housing Action Hub.
Exhibitor highlight
As UK Construction Week London approaches, leading exhibitors are already confirming their attendance for this milestone event. The prestigious line-up features some of the biggest names in construction, including Carrier, Toshiba, Viessmann, Metrotile, O'Reilly Concrete, Eterno Ivica, Beorol, Sage, Fischer Future Heat, and Hahn Plastics.
Talks and seminars
The event will be home to over 300 world-class speakers, CPD sessions, and industry-leading workshops throughout the three days of construction celebration. The seminar programme will cover key themes such as procurement, retrofit, housing, skills shortages, social value, and innovation. These topics will be explored through dedicated hubs and expert panels, providing attendees with actionable insights and opportunities to collaborate.
On Day Two of UK Construction Week London (8th May), the National Retrofit Hub (NRH) will take over the Housing Action Hub. As a non-profit organisation uniting the retrofit community, NRH fosters collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and action-driven solutions. Visitors can engage in insightful fireside keynotes and panel discussions, gaining a deeper understanding of the future of retrofit and efficient homebuilding, with a focus on the latest regulations.

The seminar programme will showcase influential government figures and leading construction experts over the course of three days. Amongst the first set of keynote speakers attending UK Construction Week London are high-profile names such as Shadow Housing Minister Kevin Hollinrake MP and Tom Copley, Deputy Mayor of London for Housing and Residential Development.

Reaffirming its commitment to sustainability, UK Construction Week’s Net Zero Hub returns to highlight the latest eco innovations and forward-thinking solutions driving the construction industry toward a net zero future. This year’s key highlights include:
- The Skyline Skills Hub; a one-stop solution for tackling the green skills challenge in commercial buildings. Visitors can learn about the hub’s alignment with the Skills Taskforce for Rapid Decarbonisation, and how to get involved. With a published report and an action plan targeting results by 2025, this session highlights the importance of collaboration to drive meaningful change in the construction industry.
- The Alliance for Sustainable Building Products (ASBP); visitors can enjoy the running panel on Reuse Now: Pioneering Circularity in Construction,and discover practical strategies and collaborative efforts driving sustainable practices in construction today.
- CIBSE on Setting the Standard: The UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Pilot; visitors can discover the transformative potential of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (UKNZCBS), launched in September 2024 to unify the approach to net zero carbon in the built environment. The panel will share their experiences to showcase how this free-to-access framework provides robust, transparent guidelines for achieving net zero buildings, addressing upfront carbon, operational efficiency, and performance alignment with UK carbon reduction targets.
Networking sessions
UK Construction Week London will offer valuable networking opportunities for professionals across the construction sector. Throughout the three-day event, attendees can engage with industry leaders and peers at dedicated networking sessions, including:
- Wednesday, 7th May: Design & Build Networking & Drinks Reception with Michaela Wain
- Friday, 9th May: Women in Construction Lunch, in association with Women in Natural Stone

The winner will be crowned at UKCW Birmingham (September 30th-October 2nd).
